Tommy did great. But I don't know what the underwriting department was doing. One of my accounts was listed twice and they didn't take one off. I ended up with 2 checks when there's 1 account. Also, the local company that we used to refinance years ago sent the money directly to the creditors. This system where I needed to send the checks is crazy.
