Tommy was great he answered all questions. He was very easy to work with, but the title company you have was very incompetent they didn't do. their job by getting correct payoffs I got the payoffs for them and they still didn't use them thefore all my payoffs were incorrect. If you would use this title company I couldn't recommend you guys due to they didn't do their jobs.

More communication and professionalism. My payouts to creditors were incorrect even after asking for them to be addressed. Also time was too long for a refinance cash out. Began process back in June 2023. Closed 9/25/23
