Toni was very attentive and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. That was huge because I really love my previous loan officer Sam. Since he left I was tempted to move my loan refi as well. But after the first interaction with Toni, I decided to stay with Caliber. The only constructive feedback is in regards to the paperwork. They spelled my husband’s name wrong on half of the paperwork.
