Tony was very pleasant to talk to on the phone. He was patient and answered all of my questions. When I asked to change something he didn't hesitate and recalculated all the numbers. Not only was Tony fast and efficient but his communication skills were excellent , not even after then minutes of emailing him with questions and concerns did I get a quick response back . He was knowledgeable and had a high degree of content knowledge in his job . I would reccomend Tony to anyone who needs to do a refinancing . Very thorough in explaining informations/data needed which I don't have any idea whatsoever. I am able to understand the process well. Tony was very patient and always there for any questions I had. I received a letter from my lender about streamlining my loan. When I called for more information, I was lucky enough to be in contact with Tony Burnett. He walked me through every step of the process--and it was no small task because I was new to all of it. He answered my questions clearly and was patient when I had more.
