Needed someone that knows how to talk to people returns emails, text and phone calls. No communication from Liliana. Loan closed much later than supposed to be. Overall a slow process, they waited last minute and closed when it was convenient for the lender without caring about buyers and sellers.

Tony was probably the most unhelpful lender I have ever dealt with. He said that there was nothing he could do unless we had at least 20% or $200,000 to put down on a house. We found another lender that said that was not necessary with our credit score. Tony appears to be lazy and only wants to make a quick buck off people that want high dollar houses.
