Needed someone that knows how to talk to people returns emails, text and phone calls. He never was specific about what paperwork he needed and the biggest problem came when he basically told me we didn’t even have the money to close the loan. No communication from Liliana. Loan closed much later than supposed to be. Overall a slow process, they waited last minute and closed when it was convenient for the lender without caring about buyers and sellers.

Tony was probably the most unhelpful lender I have ever dealt with. He said that there was nothing he could do unless we had at least 20% or $200,000 to put down on a house. We found another lender that said that was not necessary with our credit score. Tony appears to be lazy and only wants to make a quick buck off people that want high dollar houses.
