Tony was very communicative and helpful in answering our questions through the whole process. We started working with him in January and didn't close on a house until May. During that time he was readily available to support us through the mortgage process. This was especially important to us given that we are first-time homebuyers and had a lot of questions. We really appreciate his patience! We also really appreciate that Churchill supports folks who are looking for manual underwriting.

The explanations of the loan were very helpful! However, the hours that we would get calls/texts were very unusual to me. I am used to 9-5 workday, so getting calls at 7pm and emails even later than that (10pm) seemed strange to me. Other than the weird hours, Tony was easy to work with, and helped us get set up for success with our first home mortgage!
