There was confusion and anxiety with the process of buying my now house, Tony stayed level headed and communicated clearly to me which helped me to stay confident through the whole thing. Tony was great! He’s knowledgeable and communicates well. The document team was not well organized and did not seem to understand what was going on. We repeatedly received requests for additional documentation that in some cases were unnecessary. It felt scatterbrained and unprofessional. Our situation was rare if not unique, but I doubt any of the individual circumstances were unseen before. I expected a list of required documents, but wasn’t given that past the initial application.
