Issac inspected my home and neglected to test, make note of or look at an unbelievable amount of things to the point where I am not sure what he was doing for all three hours. Many things he marked as "minor" in my report turned out to be major issues that impacted my home at the structural level. I wish I had gone with someone else because I would have saved the headache and stress of all these costly home repairs that were not even checked in the report.

Very disappointed in Top Choice Inspectors. They missed water and mold in the shower pan that had been leaking for years. It was all rotted, mold and mildew and it will need to be replaced. I called Top Choice to discuss possible remedies. I was told I would get a call back form the owner/manager. This never happened. I called again a week later and in the middle of my conversation, they hung up on me. Where is the professionalism? I called back and got the same reply (a manager will call you back).
