Great Customer Service I was hesitant at first and not sure if I could get my loan approved, but Sam was excellent. He explained the entire process to me and was truthful and didn't give me false hopes and expectations. I was able to close on my loan, even with some challenges with my credit, and Sam kept me informed thru the entire process.
