Great Customer Service I was hesitant at first and not sure if I could get my loan approved, but Sam was excellent. He explained the entire process to me and was truthful and didn't give me false hopes and expectations. I was able to close on my loan, even with some challenges with my credit, and Sam kept me informed thru the entire process. It was an awesome experience The entire experience was very easy. My loan officer was very communicative. Responses to questions were always timely. Sam was available when ever I had a question or problem with the app. He was so courteous and patient. I went into the process thinking it would take weeks and difficult to gather the information needed. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for all you did and being so responsive.
