Great experience! I was initially intimidated to even begin this process. Our home was paid off but we needed to consolidate some debt and placing another mortgage on our home was the best route for us. I was worried for nothing. Nico and Jake did all of the hard stuff and our end was super easy. They were so professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Should we ever need more funding in the future, Nico will be our first call!
