Best decision ever! We were a little nervous about refinancing and Tony was very helpful throughout the whole process. Our credit was less than perfect and we were carrying a lot of credit card debt, but there was never any judgment. We were able to get a lower interest rate on our new mortgage, with enough cash back to pay off all of our other debt and create an emergency fund. It’s such a relief to eliminate thousands of dollars a month in credit card debt and to finally be able to stop living paycheck to paycheck!

Highly recommend! Let me start off by saying that Sam has been a very easy person to reach and answer questions at any time of the day. He made the loan process very easy to understand and manage. I would highly recommend contacting Top Flite Financial and asking for Sam’s assistance in any financial situation dealing in refinancing or other loan issues.
