My experience was stress-free and very quick I was very nervous about the whole situation . However, Bill made me feel at ease! He is very professional and has the patience of a saint! A great experience and relatively smooth process. Devon and Kellie assisted me throughout the cash out refinance process. They both were responsive, friendly, and patient. Even though there were a few hiccups with regards to the title that was not their fault, it was resolved as quickly as could be expected. They presented everything clearly and I am very happy with the end result. I am now debt free and have a mortgage! Mission Focused We were taken through the whole process in a clear, concise manner. All my questions and concerns were always taken care of. I felt a great deal of confidence in Marisa's knowledge of the sometimes complex "Red Tape" (as we called it in the Army and there was TONS). If I ever do this again I will seek her again.

Great experience!!! this was my second time working with Bill Jones and again he made my experience so easy! Everything went right as planned and the process was quick. He really made sure I understood every step and took time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and hope to use them again in the future if needed :)
