Jon Helped Us Tremendously We had been denied by a few lenders and Jon called me to offer his services. At first I was skeptical, but he was so nice and explained everything that would happen and told me right away that I was approved. That really made my anxiety go down. We needed a car very badly and he refinanced our house to get the cash out with very reasonable terms. The process was seamless. I would recommend him to everyone.

A great experience and relatively smooth process. Devon and Kellie assisted me throughout the cash out refinance process. They both were responsive, friendly, and patient. Even though there were a few hiccups with regards to the title that was not their fault, it was resolved as quickly as could be expected. They presented everything clearly and I am very happy with the end result. I am now debt free and have a mortgage! Best experience I started my process thinking I wouldn’t never get my loan approved, well I was wrong Bill Monia made that happen and he definitely had his challenges with me LOL! Wonderful, prompt service and was honest throughout the process. When I started this process, I had something specific in mind. I originally looked a many different vendors and started the process with a couple. What the made the difference with me, was they said they were doing what I wanted but as I started looking more that wasn't the truth.
