My refinance was a great experience Lindsay helped me excellently manage my refinance process. During this time of covid where many documents were difficult to attain due to shutdowns and slower processes, Lindsay helped me step by step through the process and helped me to troubleshoot it all. Just be patient! Our journey was not the easiest nor the shortest, BUT we are so glad we were patient and let it all fall into place. We started this process with a lovely loan officer who was not able to remain on the job due to a personal tragedy.
