Top Flite financial Christopher Piatchek was my loan officer and many congratulations to accomplishing the task at hand. I had a commercial loan on a single family home from 2007 when loans were a scam. Spent the last couple of years trying to convert the commercial loan into a conventional loan. Low and behold Chris was able to accomplish this refinance and eliminate the commercial loan. It took time so be patient they will accomplish the task at hand. Thanks
