Awesome Experience The entire process was smooth and easy!! Nathan was able to do what a lot of other lenders weren't (Cash out refi with bad credit) and did it quickly and efficiently. Communication was GREAT! He kept us in the loop the entire time and was EXTREMELY responsive to questions, even after hours/weekends. Cannot say enough good things about Nathan - He knocked this one out of the park and will be the ONLY person I refer friends and family to going forward.
Good experience The type of Loan that Lindsay worked on for us was unique, so much so that many other lenders were not familiar with it. She jumped through a lot of hoops to get things approved and invested a lot of her own personal time when there were bumps along the way.
