Kind and reassuring This was my first refinance and admittedly is a bandaid to a problem but overall was a good experience. Mitch was kind, very easy to work with and always available for reassurance and to help understand the process.
It was a great experience This was a new experience for me using online versus face to face. I was hesitant and mildly distrustful as I had my identity stolen about 10 years ago. Warren was very helpful, gained my trust in overcoming my hesitancy sharing key pieces of personal data. He also helped me through some challenging delays. I stayed with Warren even though I had other offers/call (believe me, a lot of calls) because of his ability to address my fears and gained my trust. Thanks Warren

Ask for Kyle Gally With all companies, there are less than par and extraordinary employees. I got to experience both ends of that spectrum with Top Flite. And I have to say if was not for the hard work of Kyle Gally I would not be leaving this review. He was so communicative, followed thru and was able to close me at a lower interest rate and with more money out then originally discussed. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing customer service from Sam and his team, highly recommend! Sam is a pro at what he does. We started the refinancing process in December of 2018; he was with us every step, even through the various hurdles that presented themselves along the way. He worked through each of those hurdles; I could reach him any day of the week. Sam is a tremendous asset to Top Flite Financial. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!
