Happy Customer Chris Piatchek with Top Flite was able to get my cashout refi approved when no one else could. Not because of my credit but because he knew of a way to get my late payments ignored during underwriting approval, something 3 other companies couldn't do. I would definitely reccomend Top Flite and Chris again! He was prompt, professional and easy to work with.

A thousand thanks Lindsay! The first agent I spoke with at Top Flite made me dislike this company a lot due to a very condescending way I was treated.
