Mission Focused We were taken through the whole process in a clear, concise manner. All my questions and concerns were always taken care of. I felt a great deal of confidence in Marisa's knowledge of the sometimes complex "Red Tape" (as we called it in the Army and there was TONS). If I ever do this again I will seek her again.

Jon Helped Us Tremendously We had been denied by a few lenders and Jon called me to offer his services. At first I was skeptical, but he was so nice and explained everything that would happen and told me right away that I was approved. That really made my anxiety go down. We needed a car very badly and he refinanced our house to get the cash out with very reasonable terms. The process was seamless. I would recommend him to everyone.
A great experience and relatively smooth process. Devon and Kellie assisted me throughout the cash out refinance process. They both were responsive, friendly, and patient. Even though there were a few hiccups with regards to the title that was not their fault, it was resolved as quickly as could be expected. Best experience I started my process thinking I wouldn’t never get my loan approved, well I was wrong Bill Monia made that happen and he definitely had his challenges with me LOL!
