Great experience The process was clear and easy from the get go with Lindsay. I think she must work 24 hours a day. She was always available, postive and helpful with any and all my needs.
Billy helped us out of a mess. I expect we were not typical--older and without a lot of resources. Billy listened patiently to why we needed to refinance (a stupid mess we got into and needed to pay off) and how terrified we were that, if this didn't work, we'd end up homeless and on the street. Great Experience This was my first time getting a loan and Lindsay was great with walking me through the process. She is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to emails (even after business hours). I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again!!
