A wonderful experience 🙂 The initial call to the closing date Todd & Katie kept us completely informed. They were very patient and informative with all of my questions and never let me in the dark about anything. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to his office. I also really appreciated the electronic documents which made a lot of things easy and fast as we both have busy schedules. Entire process was very methodical and efficient. Bill never gave up on us. Things started off good and went bad real fast. Bill went through the hoops to find us a way we could refinance our home, and all came down to a single piece of paper that changed our lives.
