Comfortable Lindsay and Kelsey made my experience a very comfortable one. There was not stressful, run down phone calls, nor text. They asked for things and I made sure that they received what they needed in reasonable time. My loan was put on hold for a brief moment, but Lindsay made sure she contacted me to inform me of every step that was going on. I would highly recommend this dynamic duo, they work very well together and I cannot say thank you enough.

Great Customer Service I was hesitant at first and not sure if I could get my loan approved, but Sam was excellent. He explained the entire process to me and was truthful and didn't give me false hopes and expectations. It was an awesome experience The entire experience was very easy. My loan officer was very communicative. Responses to questions were always timely. Sam was available when ever I had a question or problem with the app. He was so courteous and patient.
