Great, stressless, smooth transaction We were very impressed at how Nathan calmed our fears about this transaction. We had mixed feelings about the timing with the crazy world situation. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, got us the best rate and helped us get into a conventional loan and saved us 4 years off our mortgage. Great Experience Amie Jones was amazing to work with, I was nervous about working with someone who was not local and I was hesitant about doing the refinance electronically, but Amie eased my fears and totally made me comfortable by answering all my questions and concerns. Happy customer. Amie did a great job helping me through a complicated refi due to issues with other folks on the title. Old mortgage holder was ridiculously slow to provide information. Amie and Vanessa were patient, I know I can be a complete jerk. Never once did I feel pushed off. Communication was easy. I’ll be back next year when it’s time to buy a new house.

Great service After two really horrible experiences and several times of me telling Joe and this company know that I was not interested in trying again for the third time I finally and reluctantly gave in and gave them a chance and I can tell you that I’m glad that I did. Every question that I had was answered every communication that was sent was sent back and I knew what was going on every step of the way Joe really took care of me and so did this company hole-in-one.

Great Lender The process was smooth. Lindsay Janku knows her job. I was not happy with the points that were laid upon me. There were no heads up on those fees. I have never been charged so much in all the days of my loans and refi's.
