Horrible. My yard is full of weeds having missed no service application. My front yard has about 15% weeds, while the backyard has 40%. They sent someone out after complaining and still the weeds persist. I hired them to do weed control. I'm embarrassed of my yard, disappointed and angered that they insist on payment for a service they have clearly not provided.
Poor Aeration Top Turf performed the WORST aeration I ever had performed on my grass. The lists of issues are; 1. The service guy did not initially service my entire front yard. 2. The holes in the yard were not an inch. 3. I called THREE times to let Top Turf know I was not happy and was informed by the customer service ladies Julie and Kayla someone from Top Turf would call me and come back out to aerate my yard; however, this was NOT true. 4. Horrible customer service, bad service. The guy just spray around 5 mins and left $60 bill on the door. It's a joke.
please call this company if you want to talk to the rudest consumer service people. Ask for Heath. I called 4 times to get weeds address and yes they send people out but they must have been spraying water. Because the weeds just got worse. When i challenge the payment since my weeds had not been addressed. they will tell you to get over it and pay the bill. So feel to sign up for this computer if you want nice green weeds.
