This was our first visit to TOPs. The reason was to make sure my heart, etc. were able to support me when my procedure will be performed. There were three employees who took care of me. Each was both professional and personable! We were very happy!

This was my second experience with Tops. The staff is pleasant and professional. When you arrive at your scheduled time, you are not kept waiting. Everyone seems truly concerned for your well being. If I had to point out a complaint it would be that the bathroom floors were not clean. I had to use two different bathrooms and the floors needed to be cleaned in both. It's possible that maintenance is contracted out, so I will keep it 5 stars instead of 4.

My grandmother had to have a Hip replacement this week (May25,2017) and the TOPS staff was so awesome! From the front desk to the Nurses and Doctors they took great care of my granny! The Hospital is Organized and works together as a team! I am very happy with the service and care at TOPS Surgical Hospital!!!

Clean personal care but not staffed for ER care after hours.
