RecommendedI was here after my hip replacement in January. I loved that it was not a big hospital. The staff really had time for you. I never felt I was putting on the staff no matter how many times I pressed my call button. They treated me with respect and made sure I was comfortable! I'd definitely recommend this facility to my friends & family!
Recently, I had surgery & stayed several days @ TOPS. Superior care by all the staff....medical & non-medical. The facility is kept A+ clean @ all times. Dietary excellent. My advice is don't go anywhere else! S. Wall
They treat you the way Chic Fila treats their customers! That's the only superior customer service I could compare them to. The entire staff-from my son's surgery, through his physical therapy-showed a level of warmth and professionalism that was outstanding.
