Today, for the first time I had a Epidural Steroid Injection due to lower back problems due compressed disk due to motorcycles and police gun belts for 22 years. For the first time in 2 years, I can stand straight up for more than 5 min. I can walk without pain, and I don't have tingling in my foot. Two times, the staff have been beyond great.
