Here is what I love about Torched Barre. I get to work out new muscles! Tough work out. Love the rhythm of the challenging exercises followed by the Bikram poses that stretch and relax the targeted set of muscles. Brilliant! Amy is a sensitive teacher--love her. Then add the heat Torched Barre can't be beat. I'm a fan! Oh! and this class brings out the dancer in me--no doubt.

This class is great! I get a thorough body workout and an amazing sweat, thanks to the warm room. I would recommend this class to everyone, at every fitness level.
