My first time taking Torched Barre, it was amazing. I had a great time and the Barre instructor Rachel was great! She was very helpful and the members and staff were very friendly. I will definitely take Rachel’s class again.
This class is AMAZING! Hits every part of your body, a workout like none other, and the music just adds more to the fun!!

Amazing experience! Great workout and the heat component is the icing on the cake. You work hard but at a slower pace, low impact and you can feel those calories being Torched! I'm sore today after class but a good sore. Amy taught a great class with clear concise instructions. I can't wait to take another class and will definitely be at the next teacher training! If you've been thinking about trying and unsure...TRY! You'll be so glad you did!
