i initally gave a 5 * review when it was installed but the customer service has depleted will never reccomend again .
RecommendedI found Total comfort back when I was renting and I figured if my landlord who has lots of houses trusted them I could to they haven't let me down they come out when I have problems and they notified me about service that should be done and when which I like because it's one less thing I don't have to think about.
I am so happy. We were without heat. Not a good time. John called and Ken called him right back and was here in no time. Ken you have a customer for life. Thank you. If you need anything for your furnace or air conditioner please call these guys they are very efficient and very reasonable. If I could give more than 5 a stars I would.
