RecommendedThey have come out and fixed our 2 furnaces in the last year when they unexpectedly stopped working. Kenny was the tech that came out both times and he was great! He was quick and efficient and fixed the issues in less than an hour. Definitely recommend Total Comfort for any heating issues.

Total Comfort had a very professional staff that met all our needs . They recommened and installed a heating unit and perfoermed an energy audit for us. Their prices were lower than their compeitors and their quailty was top notch. The heating unit exceded all our expectations. We love it!
I called them because they were close by. Never comfortable when selecting a new contractor. Ken put me at ease immediately. They cleaned and repaired my furnace and it has been running well since then. I could not have asked for more.
We needed a new furnace and they did an excellent and thorough job. Ken runs a very professional business and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were efficient, cleaned up thourghly after the installation. All of our questions were answered, we were given options for either repairing or replacing and options on a new furnace. We cannot recommend them highly enough!! When the time comes for additional HVAC work we will definitely be calling them again. Thank you for such great service!!

Had my furnace stop working on a cold February day in Western New York. Called Total Comfort based on a recommendation of a neighbor and was pleasantly surprised at how quick they had arrived. The tech came in putting protective sleeves on his shoes and being totally respectful of my home. Had my furnace up running quickly. And when I figured it all out. My furnace was fixed in less than 2 hours from when I realized there was a problem. I would recommend Total Comfort to anyone and everyone.
