I had a consultation with Dr Prelak this morning. I’m impressed how she advised me what can be done and should be done not only to save me time, pain, anxiety, ... although I have insurance that will cover my treatment, she tries to save me money too. I respect her very much. THANK YOU Dr. Prelak and your amazing staff.
The warm welcome was extended over the phone before I even came to the office. When I came, staff welcomed me with a smile, a handshake, and looked at me in the eyes when communicated with me. Dr. Prelate is courteous and professional. Her staff is the reflection of who she is.
Pleasant time in the office.
Sally always does a superb job. As we are moving to Florida, we will miss her and Dr. Pelak, both of whom have taken good care of us over the years. In fact, you never know - we may just have to fly back to get our dental needs taken care of!
Everyone was extremely nice and made you feel comfortable from the second you walk in.

I had not been to the dentist in a very long time and had many issues to deal with. the dental hygienist I had ( am sorry I don't recall her name ) was amazing---patient, made me feel at ease and less embarrassed, explained everything I needed to get done, the dentist was terrific and even talking with the finance person was very helpful...will definitely recommend to family
