My previous dentist was located only ten minutes from my home, but this convenience did not compensate for my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor quality of patient care rendered by this dentist. One thing I really appreciate is getting advice and instruction regarding how to prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
One of the great things about this practice is they don't give you just dental care tips. They are truly interested in helping you maintain dental health (and your teeth). Their concern about me is why I continue to come here.
Needed to have a crown - Dr. Pelak's office was able to create a new crown with their high-tech equipment during the office visit. No coming back in a couple of weeks when the crown was ready. Staff is very friendly and professional.
