The staff are so helpful and on top of things. I had a deep cleaning and it wasn’t painful because she was so thoughtful and really communicated with me and checking in. The front desk staff are so polite and took the time to make sure I got the maximum financial benefit. Dr Jessica is super knowledgeable and I feel like I have a solid plan for my future dental work. This office is awesome!
This office is extremely professional and the staff and doctors are incredibly kind — always putting the patient first. They use the latest technology to ensure you’re getting the best treatment. In my case, I needed to get a metal filling replaced I got 20 years ago as a kid and I was anxious about what that might look like. I just had the procedure done and it couldn’t have gone better. Doctor Jessica was gentle, communicative throughout and it was pain-free. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have been having issues with Total Health from the beginning, but it feels impossible to find another dentist in the Bay that is NOT total health. I am constantly having billing issues and quality of care issues. I went in about three years ago for a crown, and not only did the dentist making disparaging comments about my teeth, but she also forgot about me while with other patients while I have a mold in my mouth, drooling all over myself and almost choking on my saliva. This place is a total scam so please avoid if you can. On my first visit there they handed me a $900 bill after the x-ray checkups. The bill was for deep cleaning which at that time I had not done. The amount was before insurance but they said they could refund me after insurance and if I paid upfront I could have a 5% discount. This was NOT how insurance was supposed to work but I did not know then. So I paid for the amount since I was gonna do the cleaning anyway.
