We’ve been taking our German Shepherd (Maverick), Australian Shepherd (Oakley), and three cats (Ari, Audi, Alfie) to Total Bond at Forestbrook for about a year and a half now, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this entire team. First time patient, Dr. Salmon and Kendra were wonderful with my cat today. They were both professional and super friendly. They explained everything during the exam and what they thought she needed. They made my cat feel comfortable and gave her treats during injections. She came in with a skin infection and upper respiratory infection and we got the right treatment plan for her. I bring all my cats here. I won't take them anywhere else. These are the most knowledgeable, professional, compassionate people. I love the way they speak to my animals with care and concern and they are never dismissive of anything I worry about. I brought this sweet little stray kitten that's blind in one eye and he was treated like royalty!
Dr. Epstein and his staff are excellent. The knowledge, care and compassion that he has is phenomenal. They all made the exam, testing, diagnosis info and plan for our Lillie from start to finish easy. Thank you Dr. Epstein and staff for taking care of our baby girl!
Total Bond at Forestbrook is the best! My 12 year old dog was very sick and they got him in on Saturday morning and did tests and meds and he’s already feeling better! He is a very fearful dog and worked with me and took the time needed to make sure he was able to be calm enough for me to leave him for a little while they took care of his needs! Vet Tech, Allison Harvell, is the best and great with high stressed patients!
