. They took such good care of my baby Storm this afternoon and did so much to ease my anxiety and they worked with me with the bill. If you're near or around them, I definitely recommend you taking your babies here! the staff are so kind and loving with the animals, I will definitely bring all my animals here.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Our dog always receives the best care when goes there. The full team is always helpful with plenty of information and we usually get a follow up email from the Dr with additional information for review.

Provided great explanation of disease process and treatment plan, staff was very caring and treated as though they had been taking care of us for a long time. Didn't feel like just a number as Dr Epstein took time to go over all options

I have been going to to Total Bond Vet for about 3 years now. they have always went the extra mile to take care of our cats. My first visit was there because no other vet could work me in with a sick kitty and they got me in right away and knew right away what to do. We adopted 2 guineas from the animal shelter a month ago. I was curious because one was looking extra pudgy. We saw Dr. Epstein and his amazing staff. They were fabulous from the time we walked in the door. The girls got treated so well. Dr. Epstein did a xray and confirmed one was definitely pregnant. He even showed us and counted the babies on the xray He gave us lots of helpful information on how to care for the Mom to be. Also he answered all of our questions. Dr. Epstein and his team has always been awesome at taking care of our fur baby. I can always get questions answered so that I can make sure our baby is getting the best care. I can call the office or email the vet directly with any questions or concerns.

Very satisfied with the staff and Veterinarian. They were busy but weren't in a hurry to make you feel that your appt. was rushed. I really like Dr. Epstein. You take your pet to the room to be examined...I got to hold my dog during the exam and the shot. Then the Dr. explained to me his findings and treatment.
