I am well please with the care my cat received from Totalbond. They were thorough and fixed the problem. They also made recommendations based on her lab values The visit was expensive, because of lab. Work needed to dx the problem. This was not unexpected. Lab work is always expensive. I moved to Gastonia a month ago, and I will make Them my permanent Vet.

I am very impressed with this vet. During Covid there is a curbside only policy. I felt my pet was in very good hands as the vet came out personally to my car to discuss my pet and my options. He was not rushed, took the time to get to know me and my pet and communicated well. After the visit, he then e-mailed me personally with the results and with his interpretation and recommendations. The staff I met were also very professional and personable.

During this pandemic, they come out to get your pet. My first visit I was a little hesitant about this since Bully is a rescue but he went with the tech without any problem. The Dr came out to talk about him and made feel comfortable and took his time explaining everything. I was super happy in the care and professionalism that was extended to me. So happy I chose this clinic.

The staff is wonderful there, very courteous and friendly. (Thank you Katie for being patient with all my phone calls) Dr. Epstein takes the time to explain all that has been going on with my two schnauzers in a manner that I understand. I love the curbside service!

I am 58 and have used many Veterinary services as I have almost always had a dog or two, cats and etc. This is by far the best. You can tell that the staff truly loves animals and believe they all have animals of their own. They make me and my dog feel very welcome and some come out and greet Harley as well as take some pictures. Dr. Epstein is always very professional and informative. My husband and I are new to North Carolina. And had a tragic incident happen To us. We had been given two very sick puppies that sadly died in our care. They were 9 weeks old and never been vaccinated or dewormed. I had them for one day in my house before they got sick and didn't get better so by the second day I brought them to Dr. Mark and he tried his best to give me all I could possibly need to help my puppies have a better chance. We have been going here for almost four years now and we LOVE coming here!!! We always feel welcomed by the staff. Our doggies love it here too!!! We have NEVER had a problem here. The staff always put our pets first when we are here.
