The staff is always very kind. The doctor takes her time to explain things and doesn’t mind answering your questions.

The entire Medical Team is the warmest, kindest and loving Team! They truly DO CARE FOR YOU! I have always felt very welcomed and they even want to get to see you! You can't find the most congeniality atmosphere and Med. Staff any where else. My Husband & I are FOREVER their Patients. THANK YOU ALL TOTAL CARE! 😊

Everyone in this clinic from the receptionist to the Medical staff in the back to the Dr’s and NP’s are wonderful. I’ve had the same Nurse Practitioner , for years at this clinic, and I’m blessed to have found her. She listens, but she will also tell you what needs to be said. I 100% trust her with myself or with anyone of my family members. Melissa is also great. She works in the back office. The staff at this location are professional and polite. I have been coming to this clinic for about a year, and they have been kind, respectful, and consistent! Other Total Care locations I will not be returning, but this particular location on Hulen Street I recommend. 👌🏾

I have been going to Total Care for years and they never disappoint. Dr. Welcher is so nice and caring and will go the extra mile. I never feel rush when I see her.

I was feeling pretty miserable when I had to come here. I also had to have my very active two year old with me. Everyone in the office was so kind to both of us, but how they all humored my son and talked to him was so sweet. That meant a lot to me and made everything less stressful!

I continue to go to Total Care because of the care I receive. I like the provider and the nurses. I love that I can get My labs done right there in house. It is great!! Here is one thing I haven’t said. I drive all the way from Azle to the office because I know I can get the care I need here. I just schedule my appointments for days I am working in town. I have tried other providers I choose to come here. I don’t get sent to different doctors every time I come. I can ask for who I want to see. There are no hidden charges. I... read more

I absolutely love the care and service that I receive from TotalCare Hulen. I would like to recognize Karol the front desk receptionist for going above and beyond last Friday. She was very helpful and sweet. Also, I would like to recognize Scott in the referral and call back for the nurses. Every time I have a question or need help he is always helpful and very quick to respond to my request.
