I started going to total care for years. I have always loved this place, christian based and well kept. Dr. Wes and Dr. James are wonderful, and they still have a few good nurses. But when I went in today it was the last straw! Very unclean, loud in the back office area, like it is a break room... then they told me I was running a fever but never addressed it or asked if I has any other symptoms. I left with nothing resolved, no help and no medication. A complete waste of time and money!
I AM ONLY POSTING 5 STARS SO THAT YOU WILL READ THIS!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, AND DO NOT HAVE THE PATIENTS BEST INTEREST AT HEART! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
DR. KEITH IS HORRIBLE...horrible! went in to fill prescriptions. left and would not call them in!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
