We requested a refund. NO RESPONSE from the owner. We were charged for a part that was covered under a parts and labor warranty. Be careful of the fees they try to justify when you have a warranty!

Leaving a review based on how my family member was treated. Don't charge people for parts that are covered under warranty. There should be no charge for a parts and LABOR warranty, especially when the bad part caused the issues. Shame on you!

Charged $140 "service call" fee for a technician to change a faulty part that was covered under a "parts and labor" warranty. Watch out for fees that should not be pushed off to the customer!
