Jonathan is one of the most kind and helpful guys. He came to do maintenance and always goes above and beyond Great company They always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. When our air conditioner leaked and caused the ceiling to fall through, Mark was there within 30minutes and made sure the job completed and done right. Definitely would recommend them. Best people.

Touchstone Heating and Air were amazing. I have a businesd and last year i installed 2 mini split a/c units. I needed them serviced and cleaned but evrryone i called in Lake City had no idea what a mini split was. This Company was knowledgeable and very professional.
