Update as of yesterday, May 22, 2023. Can't figure out how to post something new! We just brought in our new puppy, Bella, for her first checkup and rabies shot. I have always found the staff, both front desk and vets, to be very willing to go the extra mile. They are welcoming, encouraging and take the time to assess our pets beyond the regular annual visits. A few weeks ago, my dog was attacked by another dog, I was panicked, and Town and Country was my closest option. I went there and the staff was so organized and got us in to a doctor on a timely manner. When we got to the waiting room there was a get well soon Blueberry sign, and each visit after for check up had a friendly greeting. Knowledgeable and experienced staff. Very kind and loving. Communicates well.
Just moved here (can’t find our dog records) and my dog was ill - they took me right in, called our old Vet and received all her records! Spent a lot of time with us, very friendly and accommodating. Went over all the costs and options (that we really needed).

We have just moved to the area and Town and Country was recommended. Our cat was 17 years old and diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma before we moved. I made an appointment for a Monday. On Friday, she had trouble breathing. I called and they saw her right away. Everyone was kind and compassionate. The vet explained our options and what was best for the cat. They gave us time to think about the options. Once we decided, they gave us time to say goodbye. I would highly recommend them.

We love Dr Moore so much!! She is so compassionate, caring and understanding. We have had a hard time with our diabetic lab, Teddy!! He is our family member and so important to us and we hate seeing him with all of these problems. But, Dr Moore has been so patient with us and explains everything thoroughly. Gives us things to try to save money, and she herself has personally gone out of her way to help us!! We will never take our animals anywhere else. We are forever indebted to Dr Moore!!
