I've been a client for many years and have found this practice to be wonderful in every way.
They are awesome. When we lived in Ocala this is where we took both of ours cats.
I love this vet office!!! Dr. Culbertson was amazing when it came to both my older dogs and one having cancer and ending up passing away� We recently brought our new adopted pup from the Humane Society of Marion County in with kennel cough. Just to let everyone know the Huamane Society of Marion County will PAY for ANY visits and ANY prescriptions within the first 5-7 days of adopting. Marie, we are sorry you were not pleased with your recent visit. To clear things up a bit, in the past the Humane Society has not offered to pay for any care newly adopted pets may need. If they do now, that is a new policy. Secondly, even if needed, we are legally prohibited from writing a prescription to anyone but a licensed pharmacy. We cannot write a prescription to another clinic or the Humane Society. My first visit to Town and Country Animal Hospital was excellent. I was greeted right away and seen within 5 minutes. It was great to see a welcome message in the treatment room. I would recommend this animal hospital to any of my friends.
Two of our dogs had appointments for shots and to check a sore eye. Was a very good experience. Everyone seemed interested in our breed and answered all of my many questions. Will be going back next week with a few more
We couldn't ask for more attentive caring people. I highly recommend.�
