I've been bringing our furry family there for 6 years. The vets and staff are very at caring, attentive and dedicated.
The absolute worst experience in my 30 years of dog ownership. I have a 15 year old paralyzed, comfort measure only dog. They won’t fill her prescription dog food that she has been on her entire life unless I physically bring her into the office. They will squeeze any last profit they can even at the end of a dog’s life. Sad.
I’ll have to retract my previous review. DO NOT GO HERE! My 14 year old Aussie underwent surgery to have a mass removal surgery. Once the procedure was completed we picked her up and they gave us aftercare instructions that said we would bring her in a week to have the stitches removed. We came back, they completed it and we left. Over a month later we noticed hard wirey stitches still in her paw we brought her back in and they told us they were disposable. This is crazy, had an appointment for 5pm and it is now 5:49pm and still haven’t been seen! Y’all got 10 more minutes then walking out. Either way this will be the last time we come here, did the same long wait Wednesday with our husky. I DO NOT RECOMMEND town & country animal hospital! The tech just came in at 5:54pm. 54 minutes after the scheduled appointment!!!!! Seriously? How can you justify that wait!!
Totally lacking in empathy and does not place the needs of the animal first. A friend lost her kitten because the hospital would not take in an emergency 15 min before they closed. Disgusting
RecommendedThey gave appropriate direction over the phone to take kitty that was attacked by dogs to the nearest ER for the quickest work-up and possible treatment, given their clinic was minutes from closing. Kitty did not make it to any clinic unfortunately due to the severity of the trauma. I would recommend them, because they saw and recommended what would've given kitty the best chance for survival in that moment. I understand that had kitty made it to the ER, there could've been overnight hospitalization with wound care and IV me... read more

RecommendedThis clinic and the staff are amazing! Sometimes people just don't understand what it's like to work in a vet clinic. I am writing this in response to a negative review. That cat's owner does need to accept some responsibility for her actions. Her cat was LOOSE...OUTSIDE...UNPROTECTED! She doesn't even have a Vet that she's established with. This is most likely means that she's been fired from a clinic, doesn't care enough to do proper care and buys her vaccines at Walmart! And better yet her cat probably isn't fixed and... read more
