Patricia Napolitano I am well pleased with the service on all levels at Nisson at Town Center. Every one there is polite and efficient. Coffee is read while you wait and a t.v. and your time goes by a little easier. Every one there treated me kindly and respectfully and I told them so at the time of my service. Car repair I brought my 2006 Nissan X-Terra to the Kennesaw location for the second time after spending quite a bit of money on repairs. Rich was made aware of the problem after previously communicating with Dominique. I met Rich at the service desk when I arrived that morning for repairs to be done on my vehicle. He was very prompt in arranging for a vehicle for me to use while mine was being repaired. Car service I went to Nissan for service on my 2006 Nissan XTerra. I had close to $6,000 worth of repair work done on my vehicle with other shops. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed in the performance of the vehicle and the cost I was incurring. It left me on the road 2 times - once for a recall part. After exhausting my know how, I decided to give Nissan a try, considering the not-so-good stories I heard about dealerships. Service Department is friendly and professional Dominque over in the service department is been my go to guy for all service needs. He has always been professional and friendly from all my repair and maintenance needs on my vechle.
Service and Recall Great customer service; however, wish service staff would be more upfront as to how long procedures would take place. Was told oil change and recall fix would take less than 45 minutes. After 30 minutes I noticed my car was still sitting in initial service area. Finally got out over 11/2 hours. Really like dealing with TC Nissan, but this wait time was a little much!
5 years of great service I have had my Altima serviced on a timely schedule for 5 years. I feel that I receive great as well as personal service.
