I wouldn't say that I didn't like it but I was concerned that the overlook an issue with wiring hanging down in my car. I asked them to address it but they didn't and it's not causing any problems. It's just an eye-sore and it's been that way since about a month after I purchased the vehicle. I kept forgetting to call it to there attention; however you can see it immediately upon opening the driver side door. Service is always great otherwise.
