Summer Check-up! I wish the servicemen would go over with me exactly what was done and why! Yes, it slows them down, but chances increase of me returning if I feel valued - a single, elder female! I have $$$ and will give it to companies that HELP me - not ignore me and treat me as an afterthought!
Excellent Service! Have purchased four vehicles from Town Center. On the latest service visit I had inquired about the brakes needing service. Dom was honest and told me that there is still life left in them and that there was no immediate need to address them. I tend to believe other service providers may have just replaced them instead of suggesting that I wait a bit longer. This is the kind of service that will ultimately provide Town Center with my next new car purchase.
Best Staff and Cheapest Prices I have bought a lot of new cars over the years and I would never go anywhere else. This dealership had the friendliest staff and was very respectful of my time. I got the car I wanted at a cheaper price anywhere else. Thanks Town Center Nissan!!!!
LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!! Walked on the lot, just wanting to take a look at what Nissan Town Center had to offer. Had phenomenal service from Felix Castillo and ended my day by driving off in a 2014 Nissan Sentra! Buying process was quick and easy. Felix answered all of our questions directly and was up front and honest. He found the best deal in our price range and went above and beyond our expectations!!!!

Service department is exceptional! I love having my car serviced here. All the guys are friendly and have worked at the establishment for a long time. The service manager and customer relations manager are always attentive to people's happiness as well. Great dealership!
