Long wait but everyone was friendly
Been going to TCN since I purchased my car in 2009. They haven't been without error in the service dept, but there are some very nice people there who strive to make things right. Special thanks to Mr. Ken for all his help in keeping me on the road.
My issue was not resolved. My AC is still chirping when the car is in drive, while I sit at traffic lights.
My experience with Town Center Nissan's service department was exceptional. Cord Stribling, my Service Adviser, made sure my recall repair was handled efficiently and professionally. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned and ready to go; not to mention the courteous, smiling faces that greeted me at pick up! Thank you for an outstanding experience!
