I feel comfortable with my excellent service at Town Center Nissan. My car consultant, Eddie Davis, always ensures my service is timely and explains the maintenance needed. Eddie listens to any questions I have concerning my vehicle and advises appropriately.
Town Center Nissan is always first rate. They are professional, friendly, and quick. It's always a pleasure dealing with them.
Would have rated a five but they didnt follow up with cleaning truck and putting gas in before leaving dealership

The body shop they use (Southern Collision) was awesome and super quick, and the main reason for the 3 stars. The experience with Town Center itself was questionable. I had a family member bring the vehicle in initially and it took them over two hours to tell my family member that they couldnt fix my vehicle. The second time around I was told to bring my vehicle to Nissan around 7-7:30 only to find out that I had to go to the body shop directly, which didnt open till 8.
