I am totally impressed with the treatment I've received. Dr. Carter was the orthopedist on call for the Fair Oaks Hospital ER when I went in with a broken arm. He gave a preliminary diagnosis from the emailed Xrays and CAT scan, and then a more thorough diagnosis when I saw him the next day. Dr. Carter did a wonderful job on the surgery; he and his assistant Kayla are excellent at explaining things in terms I can understand without condescending.
Dr. Reeves was recommended by my original knee doc, Dr. Myamoto, who is friendly and explains the most complex medical issues “with” you, so you have a deep understanding. Dr. Reeves is surrounded by many caregivers, nurses, doctor assistants and others in his offices and at local hospitals. They all are excellent listeners and make themselves available to you even after normal work hours. This review is for any person who is distraught with hand pain. It's long but full of detail. I am a retired patient advocate of 28 years and am most thankful for Dr. Miller at Town Center Orthopaedics for restoring my hands to me. I'm seeing Dr. Carter for a shoulder injury. He and his assistant, Dave, provide excellent care. They answer questions about my injury; make suggestions for how to get better; explain surgical versus non-surgical options; are encouraging and understanding; and provide a realistic picture of what to expect. Terrific place for orthopedic care.
Dr. Reeves, Ryan and the team are amazing!!! I didn’t think I would walk normally again and without a cane. I had my left hip replaced without any issues. Great PT too! I’m walking and carrying my chunky older dog up and down stairs without pain. I am so grateful!
