RecommendedI broke my ankle badly in February 2014, requiring same day surgery. When I started with Chris at the Centreville office in April, I basically couldn't move the joint. It was amazing the work he did and how fast he was able to get me back in action! On the one year anniversary of my break, I ran my first half marathon in under a 10 min mile. I couldn't have done it without Chris and I can't thank him enough.

I brought my teenage daughter in to see Dr. George Kartalian for a second opinion on a possible torn plica band that was causing her a lot of pain and hindered her ability to get around unassisted. The front office staff was not very friendly and one of the receptionists kept insisting that we had a specialist copay even though it clearly said on the front of my insurance card that we have a $0 copay for all doctors. 1 starlong story short prior to my upcoming cortisone injecting for my hip procedure, I brought xrays into the office of my lowerback. It was reviewed and considered for lower back injection, but they would need an MRI. So I got the MRI, called back into the office, scheduled an appointment. Instead of referring me to the specialized injection doctor Bhati, they had Dr.Pateder look for me. I give Dr Reeves 5 Stars, however, the therapy section doesn't answer the phone, they change therapy schedules without your knowledge, and don't care because they blame it on everyone else but themselves. The therapist are great, but if the front office handling therapy business is faulty, then the practice has a responsibility to fix the problem. Change my rating from 3 to a 1 star. Someone called me not to fix the problem but to harass me about the problem. Wow. Great customer service.
